“I was inspired to create Reesio because I have been actively buying real estate for the past 9 years, and the most painful part of buying a property is the lack of accurate data that exists out there. This lack of accurate data makes it impossible to know if the properties that you’re searching for are actually for sale or not, already in contract or not, or if the price has changed. And current sites like Zillow and Trulia simply don’t have this data because all they’re doing is pulling from the MLS and County Records.

So with Reesio, we set out to build the most accurate residential real estate data on the planet. And we’re able to get this hyper-accurate data because of the transaction management platform that we built and that real estate agents are currently using and paying for. Our product allows agents and clients to share and e-sign documents, make/accept offers, and manage their entire workflow. So we literally know the second that the status of a property changes, or how many offers have been made on a property, or if a price of a property changes. This is powerful data that we’re using to build best possible experience out there for buyers.”
