A *very* special SF New Tech… it’s Japan Night! In collaboration with Btrax Inc, we’ll be showcasing the best and brightest from the land of the rising sun. See http://sfjapannight.com/en/ — cool huh?? (A great sponsor opportunity! Hint!)
In other news:
Help catch a pirate!
When the weather is agreeable, I sequester myself out in the middle of the bay to get work done out on SF New Tech’s floating HQ. Unfortunately, these waters are littered with tweakers and pirates who tend not to respect the property of others. Just ask my poor anchor line that was cut not too long ago. Little do they know, we’ve got an eye in the sky! (Actually, the potential of ~10,000 eyes in the sky!) If you see anything funky going on with the little white boat with the red stripe– the one that looks like a VW bus welded to a Boston Wailer– sound the alarm! Lost in space.
We had a minor server glitch last week and any mail sent to me at myles@sfnewtech.com is floating around somewhere in the interwebs. They may be too far gone to retrieve, but we’re working on it. That said, if you emailed me recently and I haven’t replied, this is probably why. Gulp. Sorry.
Hope to see you next week!
