On Tuesday, Tim Hay, reporter for the Dow Jones Venture Wire and Wall Street Journal Blogger was in the house … and he nailed a great story about the Belgians breaching our shores in search of fame, fortune and Web 2.0 love.

Quite an event last night as the Belgians took to the SF New Tech stage with their fresh ideas and outlooks. Note to Silicon Valley (and "Silicon Alley", FWIW): Y’all aren’t the only ones pushing the boundaries and building cool stuff. Last night we saw some pretty great tech coming from Belgium which had a lot of people muttering under their breath "who knew?!".
I want to congratulate all the companies who shared their work with us last night. Thank you.
